QTrack's philosophy is to live alongside your existing flows. We want to complete, not to replace!
I just want to know if QTrack brings performance without sending emails!
Sure! You may follow this guide and create the flows without adding a "send email" step at the end of the flow. That will allow you to use Klaviyo's analytics to monitor our performance.
I want to recover more carts than ever
Okay, let's get it started with the most important flow : Add To Cart. I assume you already have one in place, if that's not the case, please read Klaviyo's awesome article!
You will create a clone from your existing flow that will live alongside your existing one. This new flow will trigger only for people that were not detected by Klaviyo.
Let's go to Klaviyo, in the "Flows" menu tab. Then click the "Create flow" button in the upper right of your screen and "Build your own".
Fill the form. Name : "Qtrack - Cart Abandon"
For trigger, select "Your Metrics", then "QuanticFlow", then "TQF_Realtime_CartUpdate".
This trigger will hit each time our algorithm detect an interesting cart.
For profile filters, we want to keep in this flow a restricted set of people:
- no recent purchasers : What someone has done -- Placed Order -- zero times -- in the last 24 hours
- no flow purchasers : What someone has done -- Placed Order -- zero times -- since starting this flow
- if you have a checkout abandon flow : What someone has done -- Checkout Started -- zero times -- in the last 24 hours
- if you have a cart abandon flow : What someone has done -- Klaviyo's "Added to cart" -- zero times -- in the last 24 hours
You get the idea: only keep people that would not be targeted by other flows. We want to boost the number of recovered carts, not sending messages twice!
Adapt this list to your own case, and feel free to test it thoroughly.
About the content
You may use your current cart abandon email template and sequence. Our metric event contains all the same properties as the one Klaviyo provides to make the transition smooth.
I also want to talk to people whom just visited my website
This is called "Browse Abandon".
Follow the same set of instructions as above, adapt to this context (do you have an existing running flow?).
Our trigger is: TQF_Realtime_Visit
Make sure you exclude from this flow all people in related flows :
no purchasers
no checkouters
no carters
not in similar flow (ie: Klaviyo’s “Browse abandon”)
