Resolving Email Sending Limits to Keep Your Campaigns on Track

Your email router has reached its sending limit

Sometimes, The Quantic Factory may be unable to send emails on your behalf due to your email router* reaching its sending limit. This often occurs for billing reasons. When this happens, any pending emails are temporarily set aside.

Upgrade your subscription to resume sending

  1. Increase your email capacity:
    • Log into your email router account
    • Navigate to your subscription settings
    • Increase your current subscription tier, or
    • Purchase additional email capacity
  2. Alert us to resend your emails:
    • Once you've upgraded, reply to the alert email we sent you
    • We'll then resend the emails that were set aside

Act quickly to hit the prime sending window (7:30 AM - 9:30 AM)

Timing is crucial in email marketing. Our studies show that the optimal time to send emails is between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM. By resolving the issue promptly, you can ensure your emails are sent during this prime window.
